Tuition Agreement and Policies
A $30 non-refundable registration is fee is applicable for all NEW STUDENTS and a $10 non-refundable re-enrollment fee is applicable for returning students.
Tuition Period: September 1, 2016 – May 31, 2017 (cost for costumes not included).
Payment is due the 25th of each Month for the upcoming month.
Payment received after the 5th of the month, a $20 late fee will be applied.
Payment received after the 12th of the month will result in suspension from class until payment is received. SORRY, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
A $20 discount applied for tuition paid in full by September 30, 2016.

There will be an additional charge for the cost of costumes and for conventions, if your child is eligible to attend.
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN DANCE PERFORMANCES.
I have read and agree to the terms listed above. I understand that by completing this, I agree to pay tuition for the entire 2016 – 2017 enrollment year. The Parent/Guardian hereby releases The Dance Company of Hertford from liability and agrees to indemnify it and hold harmless its employees, representatives, and agents for any personal injuries arising from activities in Dance. The undersigned agrees to comply with the rules and regulations set by The Dance Company of Hertford and the safety provisions established for the mentioned activity.
